Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering; Master's degree advantageous.
Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in process engineering with petrochemical focus.
Expertise in process simulation (Aspen Plus) and advanced process control (APC); proven project leadership.

Responsibilities

Lead and execute complex process optimization projects to enhance yield, reduce costs, and improve energy efficiency.
Perform detailed process design, simulation, and analysis for unit operations within a petrochemical context.

You will be responsible for managing complex process improvement projects, troubleshooting critical operational issues, and mentoring junior engineers. This position demands a strong technical background, leadership capabilities, and a deep understanding of petrochemical processes and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and execute complex process optimization projects to enhance yield, reduce costs, and improve energy efficiency.
Perform detailed process design, simulation, and analysis for unit operations within a petrochemical context.

Requirements
