Senior Process Engineer (12 month contract)

Our client, a leader in the South African banking and investment space, seeks an experienced Senior Process Engineer to join their team.

Responsibilities:

1. Support business units in analyzing, improving, and redesigning core and support processes, from current state assessments to post-implementation support, aiming to enhance efficiency, standardization, and straight-through processing with defined exception management.
2. Design and implement solutions to improve business processes by:

• Finding new ways to enhance effectiveness and efficiency
• Evaluating research findings and alternative methods
• Making logical evaluations of new ideas and designs
• Creating logical flowcharts or diagrams
• Designing metrics and feedback mechanisms
• Developing implementation and sustainability plans

Conduct Rapid Improvement Events.

Requirements:

• Lean Six Sigma Black Belt certification is advantageous.
• SAFe certification is preferred.
