A leading company in the manufacturing sector seeks a Senior Process Engineer to enhance product formulations and ensure product quality. The ideal candidate will possess a BSc in Chemical Engineering and significant experience in process manufacturing. This role involves strategic leadership in developing effective team performance and product strategies, alongside collaboration with marketing for new product development.

The ideal candidate must have a university degree (BSc in Chemical Engineering preferred), with a minimum of 7 years’ experience in a production or process discipline within a continuous process manufacturing environment. Experience managing a team for at least 2 years is advantageous. The role requires familiarity with Product Development Processes (Stage Gate or similar), WCM, ISO, and SHEQ practices. Good communication and interpersonal skills are essential.
TO MAKE SURE NOTHING IS FORGOTTEN:
The primary purpose of this role is to provide leadership and develop/deploy Policy Deployment actions across the site, achieving optimal team and production performance. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Senior Process Engineer will understand the plant’s strategic objectives through the Policy Deployment process and translate these into a clear Department action plan. The role is responsible for delivering this plan within short to medium-term timelines. Additionally, the Senior Process Engineer will focus on developing the department team, fostering a safe environment, and supporting full potential development.
