The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and improving manufacturing processes, ensuring efficiency, quality, and safety standards are met. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process engineering and a proven track record of successful project management.
Responsibilities :
Lead and manage process improvement projects, from conception to completion, ensuring deadlines and budget constraints are met.
Analyze existing manufacturing processes, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and quality in production processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any process-related issues that may arise.
Conduct regular audits and inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
Mentor and provide guidance to junior engineers and technicians to enhance their skills and knowledge in process engineering.
Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and technology advancements to constantly improve manufacturing processes.
Requirements :
Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
Proven track record of successful project management and process improvement initiatives.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and standards.
Proficiency in process simulation software and MS Office Suite.
