Title : Senior Process Engineer and Business Analyst

Role Overview : The Senior Process Engineer and Business Analyst is a pivotal role responsible for orchestrating and optimizing enterprise business processes within a multi-skilled team.

This individual drives strategic and tactical initiatives by discovering, validating, documenting, and communicating business process knowledge.

They bridge the gap between business mission, strategy, and technology, ensuring alignment and efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Assess, analyze, optimize, document, implement, and test end-to-end enterprise business processes.
2. Drive strategic and tactical aspects of business process discovery, validation, and documentation.
3. Utilize technical expertise to model, simulate, and analyze current and future states, focusing on complex business outcomes.
4. Interact with stakeholders at all levels, from facilitating design workshops to presenting to senior management.
5. Build a holistic view of the organization’s strategy, processes, information, and technology assets.
6. Link and align business processes with information technology strategy, utilizing multiple models to meet organizational needs efficiently and sustainably.
7. Master industry-recognized knowledge areas for Process Engineering, working at the highest levels of abstraction, ambiguity, and complexity.
8. Perform business analysis tasks to connect information, technology, processes, and business needs at varying levels of detail.
9. Apply process modeling standards such as BPMN and leverage agile methodologies and tools like SAFe, Jira, and Confluence.
10. Lead process transformation initiatives, integrating enabling technologies like workflow management, business rules engines, and enterprise application integration.
11. Possess at least 7-10 years of experience in assessing, mapping, and optimizing business processes.
12. Facilitate workshops with business users, up to executive level, to gather requirements, generate ideas, and validate designs.
13. Scope, size, and plan all business aspects of a solution and associated project effort and dependencies.

Preferred Qualifications :

1. Experience in transactional banking products, enterprise credit, collections, client & product risk management.
2. Proficiency in agile methodologies and frameworks, including SAFe, with hands-on experience using Jira and Confluence.
3. Familiarity with process mapping tools such as Aris and expertise in applying BPMN standards.
4. Exposure to business process reengineering, workflow management, process automation, business rules processing, enterprise application integration, and business intelligence / analytics.

This role demands a seasoned professional with a solid understanding of enterprise business processes, business analysis, and technical expertise to drive organizational efficiency and agility through optimized business processes.
