Create and manage cost-effective product formulations that positively contribute to our raw material and packaging (RMP) costs.
Continuously evaluate various raw materials that can be incorporated into the product formulations, aiming to achieve a cost-benefit for the organization.
Improve product performance based on market feedback, ensuring that customers' needs are met.
Ensure consistent product performance to maintain high customer satisfaction and trust in our products.
Collaborate closely with marketing and sales teams to contribute to effective new product development that meets market needs.
Lead projects to reduce RMP, align formulations and systems, and support their implementation with purchasing and industrial teams.
Oversee research and development of products, ensuring compliance with quality, safety, environmental, and health standards, while minimizing costs.
Investigate customer complaints and provide feedback to customers and sales teams.
Prepare for ISO external audits and manage internal audits according to the annual schedule.
Responsible for implementing and maintaining the Total Product Quality pillars of the World Class Manufacturing process.
The primary purpose of this role is to provide leadership and develop/deploy Policy Deployment actions across the site, achieving optimal team and production performance. Reporting to the Plant Manager, the Senior Process Engineer will translate strategic objectives into a department action plan and ensure its delivery. The role also involves developing the department team and fostering a safe, growth-oriented environment.
