Allocator is a data technology company providing an AI-forward platform for private markets data. The Senior Private Equity Fund Data Analyst will own global private markets data, mentor junior analysts, and apply AI-assisted workflows to scale data quality while maintaining accuracy.

The role centers on supporting US clients, coordinating with Success, Product, and Engineering, and delivering high-quality fund data with reliable sign-off at live fund launches.

Competenze

• 3–5 years hands-on experience with private markets data.
• Experience with capital calls, distributions, NAV statements, and LP reporting cycles.
• Fluent with AI assistants (Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot) to parse fund documents and draft validation logic.
• Confident client-facing communicator; able to engage US institutional clients in writing and calls.
• Undergraduate degree and professional qualification in investment management / fund accounting.

Mansioni

• Work US-aligned shift 14:00–22:00 Cape Town time on a rotating cadence (3 days / 2 days).
• Join Client Queries squad during shift; monitor inbox, triage tickets, respond to clients, resolve issues.
• Determine, monitor, and report on quality of client private markets data.
• Ensure data delivered in a consistent format aligned with onboarding arrangements.
• Own final data sign-off stage for new funds before go-live.
• Mentor and train junior analysts and coach them on AI tooling usage.
• Coordinate with Customer Success and cross-functional teams to meet deadlines.
• Identify opportunities to expand AI-augmented workflows and partner with Engineering.
