Your Role

The Senior Preparedness Project Manager will manage multi-million dollar projects, maintain client relations, and develop new business opportunities in emergency management, including planning, business continuity, financial recovery, response, and recovery services for local/state governments, private sector, universities, and other institutions.

Responsibilities

• Conduct activities in line with internal procedures, legislation, and industry standards.
• Pursue continuous professional development.
• Work safely and report health and safety incidents.
• Additional duties as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred).
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Certifications: PMP, CEM, Certified Business Continuity Planner.
• 10+ years of project/program management experience.
• Experience leading multidisciplinary emergency management teams.
• Knowledge of emergency management, hazard mitigation, urban planning, or economic recovery.
• Business development skills and ability to establish relationships with public/private sector leaders.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize, and analyze project data.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
