Job summary

ACC Consultancy in Cape Town seeks an experienced Contracts Manager (PrCM) to lead multiple construction projects from inception to completion. You will drive project performance, manage client and consultant relationships, and ensure delivery within time, budget and quality targets.

The role requires SACPCMP registration, a relevant degree, and at least 10 years in construction with a strong track record in large-scale projects.

Qualifications

• Degree or Diploma in Construction Management or related field.
• Registered as a Professional Construction Manager (PrCM) with SACPCMP.
• Minimum 10 years of construction industry experience.
• Proven experience managing large-scale building projects.
• Strong understanding of contracts, planning and commercial management.
• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage multiple construction projects from inception to completion.
• Lead project teams and site management personnel to achieve objectives.
• Deliver projects on time, within budget, and to high quality standards.
• Monitor contractual compliance, risk management and performance.
• Manage client, consultant, subcontractor and stakeholder relationships.
• Review programmes, resource allocations and procurement strategies.
• Ensure health, safety, environmental and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare and present project reports to senior management and clients.
• Drive continuous improvement and best practices across operations.
