Responsibilities

1. Support day-to-day operations and assist in managing client projects.
2. Contribute to the seamless execution of creative processes.
3. Assist patients with fitting frames and manage patient files.
4. Compile quotations and invoices, assist with stock takes, and schedule appointments.
5. Ensure the practice is organized and tidy.
6. Support the sales team by promoting products and services, and help achieve sales targets.

Minimum Requirements

• Matric
• Experience in staff management
• 1 year of administration experience
• 1-2 years of experience within the Optical industry (advantageous)
• Experience in customer service and stock control
• Experience in medical practices (beneficial)
• Fluency in Afrikaans and English
• Valid RSA driver's license and own transport OR reliable transport
• Willing to work retail hours, including weekends
