Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of progressive PR experience, agency-side preferred.
• Proven ability to build and maintain strong media relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic public relations plans for a portfolio of clients.
• Oversee media relations, pitching stories and securing positive coverage.
• Cultivate relationships with key media contacts and influencers.
• Manage client accounts, providing strategic counsel and client satisfaction.
• Mentor junior PR team members and lead crisis communication planning and execution.
• Develop press releases, media kits, and other PR collateral.
• Monitor media coverage and analyze campaign performance, reporting insights.
