Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in public relations with a focus on campaign management.
• Proven track record of delivering complex PR campaigns.
• Excellent project management skills including planning, scheduling, budgeting and risk management.
• Strong understanding of media relations, digital PR, social media marketing and content strategy.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Strong analytical skills to measure campaign effectiveness and provide insights.
• Proficiency in PR software and project management tools.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong client-facing and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage integrated public relations campaigns from conception to completion.
• Set campaign objectives, define target audiences, and develop strategic communication plans.
• Oversee campaign execution, including media relations, content development, social media integration, and influencer outreach.
• Manage campaign budgets, resources, and timelines to ensure on-time delivery within scope.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates and performance reports.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive campaign delivery.
• Monitor progress, analyze results, and provide actionable insights for optimization and future strategies.
• Identify risks and develop contingency plans.
• Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
• Ensure all activities align with client objectives and brand guidelines.
