Job summary

Publicis Groupe Africa's MSL division seeks a Senior Account Manager responsible for a portfolio of clients in Cape Town, ensuring initiatives run on time and issues are resolved with the AD. You own editorial plans and help with strategy development, reporting, and overseeing the media relations process for your client roster.

You will also drive monthly billing and work with your AD/SAD to ensure profitability of your stream while maintaining high standards and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Experience with client relationship management and delivering on client briefs.
• Ability to lead meetings, own editorial plans and reporting.
• Strong writing and editing skills for client content.
