Job summary

DRA Projects in Woodmead is seeking a Power Systems Engineer to lead design, analysis, and implementation of electrical power systems for local and international EPC/EPCM projects. You will conduct load flow, short circuit, network stability, and harmonics studies while supporting site installation and commissioning activities.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years in power systems, expertise in ETAP/DIgSILENT, and familiarity with HV/MV systems, protection relays, and PLC programming.

Qualifications

Degree or BTech in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
Experience in power systems design and studies.
Proven experience with protection studies and implementation.

Responsibilities

Perform detailed electrical power systems design and analysis.
Carry out protection studies and implement solutions.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and review vendor data.
Support site teams during installation and commissioning.
Manage documentation and project handover efficiently.
