Job summary

Belay Talent Solutions is seeking a Senior Developer with strong expertise in the Microsoft Power Platform, SharePoint Online, and Power Automate to design, develop, and maintain enterprise applications and workflow automation solutions.

The ideal candidate will lead development efforts, collaborate with architects and analysts, and ensure secure, scalable implementations across Microsoft 365, Azure, and ServiceNow integrations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, Information Systems OR relevant national diploma with extensive industry experience.
• Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate (PL-400), Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate (PL-200), Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert (PL-600), Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate (PL-100)
• Microsoft 365 Certified: Teams Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900), Azure Developer Associate (AZ-204), Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
• ServiceNow (Advantageous) and related CSA/CAD certifications are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain applications using Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power Pages, Dataverse).
• Develop and configure SharePoint Online solutions (Lists, Libraries, Document Management, Custom Forms).
• Build reusable components and frameworks for enterprise delivery.
• Design and implement workflow automation using Power Automate and analyze processes for automation opportunities.
• Integrate Power Platform with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Azure, REST APIs, and ServiceNow where applicable.
• Develop custom connectors and APIs; ensure secure data integrations across enterprise systems.
• Support ServiceNow collaborations to automate incident, request, and change management and participate in enhancement initiatives.
• Maintain governance, security models, ALM processes, and deployment pipelines.
• Provide technical leadership and conduct code reviews, with proper documentation and design artifacts.
• Troubleshoot production incidents and support UAT and deployments.
