Brandtech+ is seeking a Senior Post Production Producer to lead complex post-production projects across multiple campaigns. You will oversee budgets, schedules, and client liaison while ensuring on-time delivery and quality across video, CGI, and localization workflows.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Production Director and Executive Producer, mentoring junior staff, optimizing workflows, and maintaining brand standards in a fast-paced agency environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of dedicated post-production experience within a Creative, Events, or Production Agency, showcasing expertise in print and digital.
• Experience leading digital content and social campaigns.
• Ability to develop timing plans and budgets, and review/approve creative output.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate post-production across multiple workstreams to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Lead productions from brief to final delivery, managing scope, budget, and timelines.
• Define campaign scopes with clients, estimate budgets, and secure sign-off before work commences.
• Mentor junior team members and drive continuous process improvements.
