Brandtech+ is seeking a Senior Post Production Producer to lead complex post‑production projects across video, CGI, and localisation. You will manage budgets, timelines and creative direction, ensuring delivery to high standards for global campaigns.

In this remote‑work role, you will collaborate with clients and internal teams, mentor junior colleagues, and drive process improvements to streamline workflows and maximise efficiency.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 7 years of dedicated post‑production experience in a Creative/Production Agency.
• Proven ability to manage multiple campaigns under pressure with strategic planning.
• Excellent communication skills in high‑pressure client-facing environments and cross‑functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Maintain creative integrity and vision across the post‑production process.
• Lead post‑production across multiple workstreams for efficiency and quality.
• Own productions from brief to delivery, overseeing the full workflow.
• Define campaign scope, estimates and schedules with clients and teams.
• Schedule and allocate internal resources to meet timelines.
• Collaborate with cross‑disciplinary teams to develop integrated solutions.
• Communicate with clients, Creative, Account Management and Production teams.
• Develop post‑production budgets and secure client sign‑offs.
• Monitor budgets and report to the Executive Producer.
• Mentor junior team members and improve processes.
