Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in professional podcast and/or video editing, including both long-form and short-form B2B content

  • Experience in managing or mentoring junior editors, freelancers, or production assistants is a plus
  • Highly organized, with the ability to prioritize competing deadlines and communicate clearly under pressure
  • Must be available to work primarily during U.S. business hours (EST)

Preferred Attributes:

  • Deep interest in podcasting, media strategy, or storytelling for technical/professional audiences
  • A continuous learner who adapts quickly to new tools, formats, and creative challenges
  • A strong portfolio showcasing B2B podcast-to-video transformations, short-form editing, and audience-first design
