Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical condition, including diagnosis and prognosis.
• Develop and implement individualized evidence-based physiotherapy treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of therapeutic techniques, including manual therapy, exercise therapy, and electrotherapy.
• Specialise in rehabilitation for post-surgical patients, sports injuries, chronic pain, and neurological conditions.
• Educate patients and their families on conditions, treatment plans, and self-management strategies.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Maintain accurate and detailed patient records in compliance with professional standards and regulations.
• Supervise and mentor junior physiotherapists and support staff, providing clinical guidance.
• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, including doctors, surgeons, and occupational therapists.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of clinical protocols and quality improvement initiatives.
• Stay current with the latest advancements in physiotherapy and rehabilitation science through continuing professional development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution.
