Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing engineering.
• Proven experience with process validation, equipment qualification, and GMP compliance.
• Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment (e.g., reactors, filtration systems, drying equipment, packaging lines).
• Demonstrated success in implementing process improvements and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead and influence teams.
• Familiarity with automation and control systems in a manufacturing environment.
