Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in supply chain management, with a strong focus on the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry.
• Proven experience in managing complex logistics, inventory, and procurement operations.
• In-depth knowledge of pharmaceutical supply chain regulations, GDP, and cold chain logistics.
• Strong leadership, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement robust supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Manage inbound and outbound logistics, including transportation, warehousing, and distribution.
• Implement and manage inventory control systems to ensure optimal stock levels and minimize waste.
• Lead negotiations with suppliers, logistics providers, and other supply chain partners.
• Ensure strict adherence to pharmaceutical regulations, quality standards, and cold chain requirements.
