What Will You Do

  • Develop and lead multi-channel paid digital campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, and TikTok

  • Partner with the Performance Director to shape and execute strategy

  • Manage campaign performance, reporting, and budget tracking

  • Mentor and grow junior digital marketing team members

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure seamless delivery

  • Drive innovation through continuous testing, learning, and optimisation

  • Oversee processes and financial accuracy, including invoicing and reporting

What Do You Need

  • 5+ years of digital marketing agency experience

  • Proven track record in PPC, Paid Social, SEO, and Display campaigns

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn data into insight and action

  • Experience leading complex, multi-market campaigns and teams

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented approach and the ability to lead with confidence
