Job summary

Secondments seeks a Senior Manager: People Partner Corporate Support to lead a team of people partners delivering strategic HR operational and transactional support with a business-focused, human-centred service. The role will enable an employee experience that drives coaching, career development and high-impact people practices.

You will coach and develop careers, align the People strategy with business goals, and partner with executive teams to drive organisational effectiveness and people

Qualifications

• A relevant post graduate degree in HR, Industrial Psychology, or Business Management.
• Minimum 10 years’ experience as an HR Generalist, with at least 5 years' operating in a similar senior management role.

Responsibilities

• Design and/or review the People partnership operating model and value chain to align with the People strategy.
• Input and contribute to the development of the People Strategy, and the operational alignment and implementation thereof, to help achieve long-term objectives.
• Based on sound understanding of the company’s business goals, business and operating models and core processes, influence and align the People strategy into clear business unit people plans.
