  • Looking for HR professionals to provide expert advice within our department.
  • Multiple vacancies available: 2 ongoing/permanent roles and 1 temporary role until end January 2026.
  • Full-time roles with consideration for part-time candidates.
  • Office locations: Parramatta, Newcastle, or Orange, with flexible working arrangements considered.
  • Generous remuneration package: salary ranges from $125,693 to $138,510, plus superannuation, annual leave loading.

The role

As a Senior People Partner, you'll be at the forefront of shaping workforce strategy and delivering expert HR advice that helps teams navigate change, optimize performance, and achieve impactful business outcomes.

You'll build trusted relationships across the organization, working closely with leaders to design and implement strategic HR solutions that address current workforce challenges and anticipate future needs.

As a valued advisor to internal stakeholders, you'll guide them through complex change, case management, and employee transitions, ensuring every step aligns with legislation, policy, and best practices.

Your ability to communicate with influence, collaborate effectively, and thrive in an evolving HR landscape will be essential to your success.
