Job description

Job Knowledge

Skills and Experience

  • A relevant National Diploma in Payroll Administration, Finance, Accounting or an equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in a payroll environment, with 2-3 years in a supervisory role.
  • Working knowledge of electronic payroll systems; ERP system experience (ITS, VIP, SAP, etc.) is advantageous.
  • Advanced computer skills, especially in Excel and MS Word.

Recommendations:

  • Experience in tertiary education institutions will be an added advantage.

Please Note: Preference will be given to internal candidates who meet the minimum requirements.
