Job summary

Job description

Responsibilities:

  1. Responsible for capturing the bi-weekly and monthly attendance registers into Excel from manual forms.
  2. Insert complex formulas for the attendance registers.
  3. Ensure accuracy of the attendance registers.
  4. Submit attendance register to Financial Manager for approval and formula check.
  5. Process leave onto VIP and NBCRFLI site.
  6. Ensure all leave forms are submitted and accounted for.
  7. Prepare Performance Based Reward (PBR) calculations on attendance register and submit to site HR office.
  8. Receive all PBR adjustments from site HR office.
  9. Amend and finalize PBR figures.
  10. Prepare stats per fortnight on PBR figures and submit to operations director.
  11. Assist with payroll queries.
  12. Complete exit documents (withdrawal forms, UI19 certificates & certificate of service).
  13. Confirm employment of employees with 3rd parties.
  14. Review monthly payroll.

Requirements:

Qualifications required:

  • Diploma of 1 to 3 years / NQF level 6.

Skills and experience required:

  • 5 years’ experience in similar role.
  • VIP Premier Payroll.
  • NBCRFLI (bargaining council) experience preferred.

Desired Skills:

  • Grade 12.
  • Degree.
  • Minimum 5 years experience.

Desired Qualification Level:

  • Degree.
