SUMMARY :

Senior Payroll Administrator

POSITION INFO :

Meondo Holdings is looking for a vibrant Payroll Administrator.

Key Responsibilities :

  1. Payroll Processing: Calculating wages, salaries, and deductions; processing paychecks or direct deposits.
  2. Compliance: Ensuring adherence to tax laws, labor laws, and other relevant regulations.
  3. Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate employee records, including payroll data, benefits information, and tax documentation.
  4. Employee Support: Responding to employee queries related to payroll, paychecks, and benefits.
  5. Reporting: Preparing and submitting payroll reports to internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Benefits Administration: Managing employee benefits, such as health insurance, retirement plans, and other programs.
  7. Data Entry: Accurately entering and updating employee data in the payroll system.
  8. Problem Solving: Resolving payroll discrepancies and errors.

The successful candidate must have the following skills:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Payroll Qualification / Certification is advantageous.
  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably on SAGE VIP Premier.
  • Knowledge of legislative requirements and payroll administration.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and Excel (minimum intermediate level).
  • Experience working with SAGE Premier for 3000 employees.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment and meet deadlines.
