Senior Paid Media Manager

South Africa's leading online retailer is looking for a highly talented PPC Manager to join our Marketing team in Cape Town.

Reporting to the Head of Paid Media, your responsibilities will include:

1. Manage, run, optimize, and report back on paid advertising channels on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to internal and external stakeholders, including but not limited to:

• SEM (Google Search & Google Shopping)
• Display & Video (Acquisition & Remarketing)
• Video (YouTube)

Experience required:

1. A Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Statistics, Mathematics, or Computer Science.
2. 2-4 years' experience in a paid advertising role.

Certifications:

1. Google Ads (Required)
2. Google Analytics (Required)
3. DoubleClick (Beneficial)

Experience on the following platforms:

1. Google Ads (Required) - Across App, Display, Search, and Shopping
2. Google Analytics (Required)
3. Web + App Google Marketing Platform (Beneficial)
4. Campaign Manager (Beneficial)
5. Facebook Business (Beneficial)
6. Facebook and Instagram Mobile App Marketing (Beneficial) - App Acquisition and Retention

Attributes:

1. Attention to detail, e-commerce experience across paid advertising.
2. Strong data analysis, manipulation, and reporting skills.
3. Strong problem-solving skills and solutions-oriented.
4. Ability to work under pressure in a time-sensitive environment.
5. Ability to work with all levels of management.
