This is an exciting opportunity for a Senior Paid Media Buyer & Campaign Manager to join a fast-paced and innovative environment, managing high-performing paid advertising campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. The role is fully remote and full-time, ideal for a digital advertising professional with 3–5 years of hands-on experience in the e-commerce sector. The successful candidate will bring strong expertise in conversion tracking, Google Merchant Centre feed management, and GA4 analytics, with a keen ability to leverage video assets within advertising strategies.

Requirements
  1. Paid Media Strategy & Execution: Develop, execute, and optimise paid media strategies focused on e-commerce growth. Monitor KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, and CLTV to ensure campaign profitability. Conduct A / B testing and manage budgets to maximise ROI.
  2. Conversion Tracking & Analytics: Set up and manage accurate tracking using GA4, GTM, and server-side solutions. Deliver data-driven insights through detailed performance reporting.
  3. Google Merchant Centre & Feed Management: Oversee product feed accuracy and optimisation to support Shopping campaigns. Troubleshoot feed issues and enhance feed quality based on platform best practices.
  4. Video Asset Integration: Incorporate video creatives into Google Ads campaigns, including YouTube and Performance Max. Work with creative teams to ensure alignment of video content with campaign goals.
  5. Platform Expertise & Learning: Stay current with digital advertising updates and trends. Share knowledge with the team and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.
