Senior Outbound Sales Manager – UK Campaign (Cresta, Johannesburg)

We’re scaling fast — and we need a leader to match.

As our new Senior Outbound Sales Manager, you’ll take direct responsibility for a core team of 8 agents, while also helping lead the wider cold calling operation (currently 16 agents, with plans to scale to 40+). You’ll work closely with the Sales Director to build a high-performance culture, drive results, and shape the growth of our UK-focused sales floor.

What you'll be doing:

  • Managing and coaching a core team of 8 outbound agents
  • Taking a vested interest in the wider sales team (16+, growing to 40+)
  • Running energisers, 1:1s, performance reviews, and daily huddles
  • Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and induction training
  • Monitoring KPIs, product knowledge, and pitch quality
  • Feeding into campaign improvements and lead strategies
  • Reporting directly to the UK-based Sales Director

What you'll bring:

  • 3+ years of sales team management (ideally in outbound or cold calling)
  • Strong people leadership, coaching, and communication skills
  • Experience using CRMs and diallers to manage performance
  • Resilience, energy, and a drive to build something that scales
  • Bonus if you’ve worked with UK sales campaigns, EPOS, or tech clients
