Ma'aden is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Operator, DCS PAU to join our team in Turayf, Northern Province, Saudi Arabia.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and monitor the Distributed Control System (DCS) to ensure safe and efficient power generation, utility, and production processes.
• Monitor equipment performance, conduct routine checks, and perform basic troubleshooting.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to optimize process parameters.
• Maintain accurate records and generate detailed operational reports.
• Train and mentor junior operators.
• Provide clear and concise shift handovers.

Qualifications:

• Technical Diploma or equivalent education.
• Minimum of 12+ years of experience as a DCS Operator, preferably in power generation or utility operations.
• Proficiency in DCS operation, equipment monitoring, and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of power generation principles and electrical systems.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
