We’re on the hunt for a Senior Operations Manager – USA!

Are you an execution-focused leader who thrives in fast-paced, high-performance environments? We’re looking for a confident communicator and people developer to lead our USA sales campaigns and bring clarity, consistency, and momentum to the floor.

As Senior Operations Manager, you’ll oversee 5 Campaign Managers, 25 Team Leaders, and 375+ agents. You’ll be the bridge between strategy and execution — driving performance, coaching leaders, and ensuring seamless delivery across departments.

You’ll be responsible for:

  • Managing daily campaign operations and delivering against KPIs and SLAs
  • Leading high-performing teams with energy, discipline, and accountability
  • Partnering with Recruitment, Training, QA, and IT to ensure operational readiness
  • Supporting client engagement through reporting, insights, and feedback-driven improvements
  • Championing quality, compliance, and continuous improvement

If you bring:

  • 3–5 years in a senior operations or campaign management role (BPO or high-volume sales)
  • Experience managing large frontline teams (150–300+ FTEs)
  • A tertiary qualification in Business, Operations, or related field (preferred)
  • Strong analytical, coaching, and stakeholder management skills
  • A calm, structured leadership style with a passion for people development
