Your Responsibilities will include:

  1. Craft and execute the company's strategic vision and long-term objectives in alignment with the Directors' vision.
  2. Supervise and orchestrate all operational functions, encompassing supply chain management, inventory control, driver management, software, and logistics.
  3. Propel product and tech innovation by staying abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and customer insights.
  4. Devising and implementing operational strategies, policies, and procedures to amplify efficiency, curb costs, and bolster productivity.
  5. Identify and integrate technology solutions and automation tools to streamline processes and fortify operational efficiency.
  6. Foster collaboration with cross-functional teams, including software development, quality assurance, and driver support, to ensure seamless coordination.
  7. Work closely with marketing teams to conceive effective user (driver) acquisition and retention strategies, driving revenue growth.
  8. Strategize and oversee operational budgets, allocating resources judiciously and monitoring expenses to meet financial targets.
  9. Supervise inventory management, including software assets, and ensure accurate stock levels.
  10. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to pinpoint areas for enhancement and execute corrective measures as necessary.
  11. Provide leadership and guidance to all departments and functional areas, nurturing a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  12. Recruit, lead, and mentor a team of operations professionals, fostering high performance and professional growth.
  13. Cultivate and maintain relationships with suppliers, fleet owners, and third-party providers to ensure reliable and cost-effective services.
  14. Develop and implement risk management strategies to preempt potential disruptions.
  15. Continually evaluate and optimize operational processes, actively seeking avenues for innovation and improvement.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or related field.
  2. 5+ years of demonstrated experience in operational management, including leadership of operational teams and expertise in principles, processes, and best practices across multiple functional areas.
  3. Strong business acumen and strategic thinking, with in-depth knowledge of business operations, finance, marketing, and sales.
  4. Excellent leadership and communication skills, adept at inspiring teams and fostering relationships with stakeholders.
  5. Proven track record of driving business growth and profitability through strategic planning, innovation, and execution.
  6. Proficient in project management tools and methodologies, with a history of implementing process improvements and change management initiatives.
  7. Experience in managing organizational change, overcoming challenges, and achieving successful outcomes in dynamic environments.
  8. Effective at managing multiple priorities and stakeholders, delivering results under pressure and within tight deadlines.
