Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.

• Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in operations management within manufacturing.

• Strong understanding of lean manufacturing, supply chain, and quality control systems.
• Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement and efficiencies.
