A global offshore EPCI contractor, known for delivering some of the region’s largest energy projects, is expanding its management team. To meet top talent, their senior executives will be flying to Cape Town this October to conduct face-to-face interviews.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in operations engineering across multiple offshore projects.
• Review technical drawings, procedures, and risk assessments for offshore constructability.
• Supervise and support mobilization/demobilization of resources.
• Liaise with subcontractors, third parties, and marine spread providers.
• Lead preparation of execution strategies and cost optimization studies.
• Monitor offshore progress and propose recovery plans if delays occur.
• Conduct HSE audits/tours on offshore spreads.
• Provide technical guidance in client meetings and progress reviews.
• Compile close-out reports and lessons learned documentation.
• Mentor junior operations engineers.

Requirements

• Engineering degree with 6+ years’ offshore experience.
• Strong leadership and reporting skills.
• Excellent communication in English.
• Proven offshore operations knowledge.
• Client-facing and coordination ability.
