Placements24 is seeking a highly experienced Senior Operations Engineer for a fully remote role. You will analyze, design, and implement operational strategies to boost efficiency and productivity across the organization, using data analytics and advanced engineering principles to identify improvements and optimize resource allocation.

You will collaborate with a global team, mentor junior staff, and drive continuous improvement through Lean, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints methods, SOP

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in operations engineering or a similar role.
• Proven expertise in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Theory of Constraints.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis, simulation software, and project management tools.
• Exceptional ability to work independently and lead remote teams effectively.
• Outstanding communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills for remote collaboration.

• Conduct in-depth analysis of operational processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and cost-saving opportunities.
• Develop and implement strategic operational plans and improvements to enhance productivity and quality.
