Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with operations, logistics, and production teams to implement process improvements.
• Assist in the development and refinement of operational strategies and business plans.
• Identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency gains through detailed analysis.
• Support the implementation of new operational systems and technologies.
• Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders at various levels.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related quantitative field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations analysis, business analysis, or a similar analytical role.
• Strong proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel (advanced), SQL, and BI platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
• Demonstrated experience in developing KPIs and performance dashboards.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
• Strong understanding of industrial operations and supply chain principles.
• Effective communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into business insights.
• Experience working in a hybrid environment, balancing office-based collaboration with remote work.
• Familiarity with process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma) is an advantage.
