Qualifications

• Provide expert-level support for complex network and voice connectivity issues.
• Manage full lifecycle of core network systems, maintaining compliance.
• Monitor and optimize performance in carrier-grade networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead diagnosis and resolution of critical network issues.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for incident response.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and SOPs.

Skills

Advanced proficiency in routing and switching protocols (BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VLANs, STP)

Strong expertise in network security principles

Proven experience with carrier-grade hardware

Demonstrated ability to lead projects

Self-driven and focused on continuous improvement

Education

CCNP (Cisco Certified Network Professional) or higher

JNCIA / JNCIP (Juniper Networks Certified Internet Associate/Professional)

ITIL Foundation or equivalent
