Responsibilities

• Ensure reliable, high-performing network services across all sites
• Manage LAN, WAN, SD-WAN, Wi-Fi, firewall, VPN, and internet environments
• Monitor performance, capacity, and availability
• Lead incident resolution and root cause analysis
• Maintain standardised, resilient infrastructure
• Enforce network security standards and governance
• Manage firewalls, segmentation, and secure access
• Oversee vulnerability assessments and remediation
• Ensure audit readiness and compliance
• Support disaster recovery and business continuity
• Maintain proactive monitoring and alerting systems
