Job summary

Jendamark Automation Pty in South Africa is hiring a Software Engineer (Mobile .NET / MAUI) to design, develop, enhance and support ODIN Checkpoint mobile apps for Android and iOS in a demanding industrial environment. The role requires 3 to 7+ years of mobile development, cross‑platform experience, and strong backend integration, within a Microsoft/.NET ecosystem using MAUI, C#, Blazor.

English proficiency and Code 8 license are required.

Qualifications

• 3–7+ years of mobile development experience.
• Experience in cross‑platform mobile development and backend integration.
• Fluent English and Code 8 (driver's licence) required.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain ODIN Checkpoint mobile applications for Android and iOS.
• Contribute to mobile architecture, code quality and reusable components.
• Develop offline‑first capability and sync logic for low‑connect environments.
• Integrate mobile with backend APIs, cloud services and authentication.
• Investigate bugs, optimize performance and support production incidents.
• Collaborate with product, QA and backend teams to deliver secure, production‑ready solutions.
