Job description

We're looking for a talented and motivated Senior .Net Developer to join our growing team. As the Senior .Net Developer, you'll play a critical role in designing and developing high-quality software products for market.

What you’ll do:

• Develop utilising various technologies e.g., C#, SQL, JQuery etc.
• Deliver functional and defect-free components within the timeframe agreed and complying with the technical architecture and standards.
• Analyse Software requirements and plan development accordingly.
• Communicate effectively with regards to project plans, issues and timelines.
• Participate in improving the overall functionality of the various products.
• Participate in the planning and execution of the project(s).
• Research, development and apply new technologies.
• Building of custom web services as well as their consumption.
• Modernise existing legacy systems.
• Peer Code Review.
• Deployments for Production and UAT.

Your expertise:

• At least 6 years’ experience in developing information systems.
• 6+ years Software Development experience using: C#, and .Net Core.
• Experienced in Microsoft Azure DevOps and Microsoft Azure (Microsoft Serverless Functions, EntryID/ Authentication Flows).
• SQL Server or Relational Database experience.
• Git based Source Control.
• Unit Testing.
• Relevant Information Technology Degree or National Diploma, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge and experience in developing Time and Attendance or Human resource solutions is an advantage.
• Experience with integration to hardware devices (IoT) would be an advantage.

Qualifications:

• Matric.
• Relevant IT Qualification.
• Relevant MS Certifications.
