Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess an exceptional ear, a deep understanding of music theory and production techniques across various genres, and mastery of modern recording and mixing technologies. Key Responsibilities

• Produce and engineer recording sessions for diverse musical projects, guiding artists through the creative process.
• Mix and master tracks to industry standards, ensuring sonic clarity, impact, and emotional resonance.
• Operate and maintain recording studio equipment, including consoles, microphones, outboard gear, and digital audio workstations (DAWs).
• Collaborate with artists to develop their sound, arrangement, and overall musical direction.
• Record instruments and vocals with precision and artistic flair.
• Implement creative production techniques to enhance the sonic identity of recordings.
• Manage studio schedules, sessions, and client communication effectively.
• Troubleshoot technical issues within the studio environment.

Requirements

• A minimum of 7 years of professional experience as a music producer and/or studio engineer.
• Proven track record of producing, mixing, and mastering commercially successful recordings across multiple genres.
• Expert proficiency in DAWs such as Pro Tools, Logic Pro X, Ableton Live, or Cubase.
• Deep understanding of analog and digital recording techniques, signal flow, and studio acoustics.
• Skilled in microphone selection and placement, console operation, and outboard gear usage.
• Strong knowledge of music theory, harmony, arrangement, and genre‑specific production styles.
• Excellent critical listening skills, attention to detail, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and guide artists.
• A portfolio demonstrating a wide range of high‑quality production and engineering work is essential.
• Bachelor's degree in Music Production, Audio Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
