About the Role

Our client, a prominent record label and music production house operating remotely, is seeking an experienced and innovative Lead Music Producer. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional who can guide artistic vision, manage production workflows, and contribute exceptional musical talent. You will be responsible for overseeing the production of various music projects, from initial concept to final master, working closely with artists, engineers, and A&R teams. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience as a music producer, with a strong discography and demonstrated success.
• Proficiency in industry-standard DAWs such as Logic Pro, Ableton Live, Pro Tools, or Cubase.
• Expertise in mixing, mastering, and audio engineering principles.
• Deep knowledge of music theory, arrangement, and songwriting across multiple genres.
• Experience with synthesizers, samplers, drum machines, and other electronic music production tools.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, especially in a remote setting.
• Ability to provide constructive feedback and foster creative growth in artists.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
