The role demands 8+ years of festival management experience, a proven track record with large-scale events, strong leadership, sponsorship ability, and deep industry relationships.

Qualifications

• Over 8 years of progressive experience in festival management.
• Proven success in managing large-scale events with complex budgets.
• Excellent leadership and team management capabilities.
• Strong negotiation skills for sponsorships and partnerships.
• Deep knowledge of the music industry, artist relations, and bookings.
• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the overall strategic vision and operational plan for all music festivals.
• Manage all financial aspects, including budgeting, forecasting, P&L, and sponsorship acquisition.
• Oversee artist booking, contract negotiation, and rider fulfillment.
• Direct site operations including layout, infrastructure, logistics, security, and vendor management.
• Lead and motivate a diverse team of festival staff and contractors.
• Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies to drive ticket sales.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and regulatory requirements across festival sites.
