Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional motion graphics design experience, preferably in an agency or production environment.
• Strong portfolio with branding, character animation and UI animation samples.
• Proficiency in After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Experience with 3D software (Cinema 4D, Blender) is a plus.
• Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and animation timing.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment (remote + in-office).
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Animation, or related field, or equivalent experience.
