Placements24 is seeking a Senior Mobile Application Developer in Centurion, Gauteng, ZA for an on-site role. You will build sophisticated native apps for iOS and Android, collaborating with designers and product managers to deliver high-quality experiences to millions of users.

The role requires 6+ years of mobile development with Swift/Xcode and Kotlin/Java/Android Studio, plus strong UI/UX, REST APIs, and Git expertise.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 6 years of mobile application development experience.
• Proven experience launching native iOS apps using Swift and Xcode.
• Proven experience launching native Android apps using Kotlin/Java and Android Studio.
• Strong understanding of mobile UI/UX principles.
• Experience with consuming RESTful APIs and JSON data.
• Familiarity with app store submission processes.
• Proficiency with Git.
• Experience with cross-platform frameworks (React Native, Flutter) is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
