Qualifications

• PhD or Master's in a quantitative field.
• 5+ years in data science and ML.
• Proficiency in Python and ML libraries.
• Experience deploying models to production.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP).

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement advanced machine learning models and algorithms to solve business problems.
• Perform data mining, feature engineering, and exploratory data analysis on large, complex datasets.
• Design and conduct A/B tests and other experiments to validate model performance and business impact.
• Deploy machine learning models into production environments and monitor their performance.
• Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to integrate ML solutions into products and services.
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in AI, ML, and data science.
• Communicate complex findings and recommendations clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Build and maintain data pipelines for model training and inference.
• Mentor junior data scientists and contribute to the team's technical growth.
