Qualifications

• Minimum of eight (8) years operational engineering and production experience within a mining and plant environment.
• Minimum of two (2) years operational Team / Project leader / Supervisory experience in a project environment.

• Oversee project management processes and timelines.
• Develop and execute tactical strategies to achieve project goals.
• Control project budgets and ensure cost management.
• Ensure SHERQ compliance.
• Drive optimization of project outcomes and operational efficiency.
