Clean Dot Waste is seeking a Senior Tailings Engineer Lead Mine Waste Projects to join our Midrand office and lead project delivery across the region.

The role requires deep expertise in tailings and geotechnical engineering, with a track record in mine waste management and client-focused consultancy.

You will manage client relationships, provide technical guidance on tailings strategies, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to advance projects from concept to completion.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Geotechnical Engineering or related field.
• 3-4 years post-graduation experience with tailings and geotechnical focus.
• Candidate registration with relevant engineering body preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide tailings services on projects in the mining industry.
• Provide basic technical advice and consultancy on tailings and geotechnical issues.
• Develop internal client relationships and support project delivery.
