Introduction

The NEF is hiring a Senior Microsoft Developer to join our IST team.

The incumbent will be responsible for developing and enhancing ERP and automation initiatives to improve systems' solutions that include Online Application System, Data Warehouse, BI and Analytics, CRM, etc.

Responsibilities

1. Creatively solving problems in a robust and scalable manner, leading and assisting junior developers.
2. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and efficient execution of projects.
3. Staying abreast of the latest developments in low-code technology and continuously seeking ways to incorporate these.
4. Automation and Machine learning implementations.
5. Development of systems required to improve operational efficiencies of the NEF and customer experiences.
6. Data warehouse design, implementation, and Analytics implementation.

Qualification Requirements

1. Certification in Dynamics, Power Platform, or relevant technologies.
2. 3.5 years with low-code platforms (Power Platform, Model Driven & Canvas app development and/or Dynamics).
3. Experience in implementing automation and workflow solutions.
4. Dynamics CRM or F&O experience is advantageous.
5. Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and testing methodology knowledge.
